Sharing is caring, Part 2
Just a note, if you didn’t read the Sharing is Caring, Part 1, this post will make no sense.
I did a 4/4 portal reading for myself and wanted to share how truly profound (amongst other things) spiritual growth can be. For most readings, the first four cards held a wealth of information to last at least a month if not a lifetime! However, I didn’t know that as I prepared the main reading without looking at the cards.
This post will share the rest of the reading, and it is my hope that 1) it will be worth your while and 2) it provides you with hope.
So, the next layer of the reading came from three cards which I pulled from the Forest Spirits Deck. They were the Hedgehog Spirit or Boundaries; the Snail Spirit or Patience; and the Bat Spirit or Superpower Miracle. For those of you who read my first post on my reading, the first two cards were a bit ironic as they are some of the very things I am in the process of integrating. Because of my empathetic nature, boundaries have always been an issue for me. It also is probably driven by my Pisces moon which is a boundaryless way of being emotionally. I am really susceptible to negative energy, so I have had to learn a lot around this as I have a person who is living with me who embodies this energy almost perfectly. I have gone back to basics by using appropriate energy allies like Black Tourmaline and Shugite.
I am a naturally high-energy person, especially driven by my Mars in Aries. Everything has to happen now for me. Honestly, I can see where that has gotten me into trouble because I have the vision, I see it all and it has to happen now. That means I have also forgotten that others may not see it as clearly as I do and they have to be introduced in steps. So the snail spirit showing up clearly captures one of the things I am still in the process of learning to do – SLOW DOWN!! It’s a needed trait because as I look out over the landscape of humanity, everyone I see needs to slow down. I see it at mundane places like a four way stop at least at a prominent stop where I live. Nobody can actually stop; they just roll through. One day someone will literally be killed because people are unable to stop. And I have to ask, what will happen to those two seconds that were used to fully stop? Certainly, not the end of the world. People, we really have to slow down. Why? Because there is so much to experience in the moment. Experiencing something doesn’t happen by going to place to place to place to place and saying that you were there. It is going somewhere, digging you toes into the ground and just being. This holds true for physical and non-physical experiences. You have to trust that you will experience what you are meant to experience. Experience is not a check mark on your bucket list. That, frankly, is nothing but a check mark. So slow down! One of those immutable things on the spiritual path as I mentioned in the last post.
The next grouping of cards I pulled was from the Crystal Medicine Oracle. I was blessed with an abundance of healing because the cards that wanted to come were Soul Awakening, Dance, Self-Mastery, Reflection, Retreat and Celebration. As I mentioned in the first post, I still have some things to address but now I have a roadmap. I am in the midst of a Soul Awakening, one of the most profound and hardest I have been through to date; I need to remember to Dance as this is heavy work and I have gotten caught in the sticky web of nothingness more than once, i.e. it can’t be all heavy work; I am moving to self-mastery, which frankly, I needed to see since it seemed like I was getting stuck in pettiness; the work is done by reflecting and making sure I pull away in retreat to help with reflection; and finally, when this is done, there will be a time of celebration.
You’ll notice that I didn’t mention the Bat Spirit card. That’s because I pulled additional cards and was blessed with a plethora of gifts that I’m still processing. Thank you for going with me on this journey around the 4/4/ portal. I hope that this shows you how readings can help you on your spiritual path.
